came off after 2 uses
after two uses (one in the very light surf) and one in the river (small rapids) -basically not much carrying it came off. lucky i had a leash as well. very disappointed. without a handle a 10'6" iSUP is hard to carry.
would be zero stars but it made me fill in one! its a comfy handle but clearly the glue isn't that good! and its not designed to stand much use or only very minimal/light. I'm 172cm 69kg so just average build.

Beautiful Board
This is an all around great competition board. Tracks nicely and cuts through chop well. Was looking for something to step up to from my 11'6" all around SUP to enter some races here in Fl. The Lahui Kai is much lighter than my other boards and has a beautiful paint and finish. This board is pretty resilient, definitely a quality design and build. Shipping was relatively quick and easy and arrived well packaged and protected. Comes with fin, no leash.

Outstanding Board for Experienced SUPers
I will be honest. I bought my Surftech Lahui Kai because I got an amazing deal on it. I'd actually never even gone stand up paddleboarding before buying this board. But I knew I'd love it and I do.

That said, I would have liked to have started out on more of a beginner board that's more stable. But I am learning and getting around pretty well on my Surftech it is just the learning curve is a little steeper and less forgiving than on a super wide beginner board.

But you know what's nice about this board? It is fast! When I do get up and going, I can cook! It tracks well and accelerates really well. The other thing that is super nice about it is that it only weighs 27 pounds which means hauling it from car to beach and back isn't exhausting.

The board is gorgeous. I might have gone with a non-camo mat but it doesn't look bad at all.

Paired with an adjustable fiberglass Surftech paddle and we are good to go!
great board impeccable craftsmanship.
Cant say much do to it being winter but it looks fast. cant wait to use it when it warms up
