Why didn't someone think of this sooner??
For someone who spends alot of time outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing or camping, this is now going to be added to my list of "must carry" items. It's extremely compact, cuts pretty well because of its compound cutting motion and doesn't weigh more than a few pounds with the sheath.
You don't realize how many uses this item has until you get to your tree stand, camping site, etc and find that you use it for many different types of cutting. I've used it to cut branches up to 1.5" thick without much difficulty, but, it must be noted that, while it is very well made, it's design will only take you so far. I wouldn't try cutting anything larger than 2-3", unless its kindling.
If you are someone who, like me, spends time trying to clear brush, process kindling,or even pruning trees and shrubs and you need something that isn't going to take up a whole bunch of room in your gear, then look no further than this product.
Love these folding loppers !!!You can't go wrong with these loppers!! You don't have to haul a huge lopper around the yard anymore when this guy will do the job of the big ones, and when you're done, you just fold them down and slide it in your sheath that's on your belt. I've been using it in my backyard on a lot of bushes, as well as camping, and find them to be excellent. I would get these again in a heartbeat!!
Nice prunersI got these for my wife, who loves to work in the yard. She has been lugging a large pair of pruners, just in case she finds something that needs cutting back while doing other stuff. These are great for her! They are not too heavy, fit in her bag of 'implements', and do a good job of cutting back vines and small branches.
